ROY RESIDENCE
The two-family residence located on Roy Street in Ville Saint-Laurent, is designed to offer a comfortable and practical living space for its occupants. The building is composed of two floors as well as a mezzanine with a wooden structure. The use of wood as the main material gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the interior of the building.
The building also has basement parking, providing a convenient space for residents. The exterior of the building is clad in red brick, with Juliet windows on both main elevations, allowing natural light to enter the units. The mezzanine is made of white fiber cement, with a terrace that offers panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood.
The regular shape of the building, as well as the use of brickwork on the two main elevations, allows the building to be well integrated into the urban context of the site. The entire architectural design is both functional and aesthetic, providing a modern and comfortable living space for residents.
