QUADRUPLEX - LACHINE

The project consists of the construction of a three (3) storey quadruplex, offering spacious housing for families with three (3) bedrooms per unit. The architectural style is classic, with a main masonry façade featuring symmetrical openings and balconies on each floor. On the first level in the semi-basement, an English courtyard serves the space. The flat roof is decorated with a metal cladding cornice, which is also found on the side façades and as an accent on the main façade. The building is located in the center of the lot, surrounded by a green space at the front, on the left side and part of the backyard, which also includes a parking area.
