SHELLEY MULTI-HOUSING

The project consists of the new construction of a residential building in the Saint-Michel district of Montreal. The building, with three floors plus a semi-basement, is composed of 12 residential units with indoor parking. The housing units are designed to meet the growing densification needs of the sector, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.

Close coordination between engineers, the contractor and the city allowed for the optimization of the interior design and construction costs of this rental project. Great attention was paid to the urban integration of the building with its surrounding context. The desire to bring superior architectural quality to the area continues with the modern treatment of the main façade, which incorporates a significant amount of masonry and openings.
