JOLY HOUSING

The JOLY project includes the extension and creation of student housing behind the historic buildings on rue Saint-Denis, offering a contemporary touch to this place steeped in history.

On three floors, with a mezzanine, eight dwellings, including four and six bedrooms, are planned, with two dwellings in the basement to optimize space. A spacious terrace and a gymnasium on the third floor will promote community life and well-being.

Two small interior courtyards provide abundant natural light and optimal ventilation, while preserving privacy. The façade, framed by charcoal concrete bricks and yellow prefabricated panels, creates a harmonious contrast with the surrounding historic buildings.

The judicious use of sustainable materials ensures a consistent aesthetic, optimal thermal and acoustic insulation, offering residents a comfortable and modern living environment.
