CHALET MILLE ISLES
The renovation and transformation of this old 1920 house into a large two-story country cottage with solarium and garage will require considerable work on both the exterior and interior appearance of the structure.
From an exterior perspective, the first step will be to remove the old siding and replace the damaged structural elements. Then, the new siding will be installed, using natural materials such as stone and wood to give a rustic and natural look. The roof will also be renovated by choosing a durable and aesthetic material, such as wood shingles.
Emphasis has also been placed on the interior design. Floors, walls and ceilings will be replaced to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The choice of materials such as wood and stone will reinforce the country character of the house.
The chalet will be designed on two floors to maximise interior space. The ground floor will feature a large living room with a central fireplace, a dining room and an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances. An additional bedroom with a bathroom will also be added.
The second floor will be converted into a private area for bedrooms. Several bedrooms can be planned to accommodate guests. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower will complete the floor.
To enjoy the surrounding nature, a solarium will be added to offer a bright relaxation area, ideal for admiring the panoramic view. Finally, a large garage will be built to house vehicles and outdoor equipment.
