PREPARE
The feasibility study is crucial in any architectural project and requires the expertise of an architect to have a clear and precise vision of what can be achieved. This step allows to review all the parameters such as the analysis of urban regulations, budgetary constraints and municipal requirements.
Our support goes beyond the analysis of this existing data. We work closely with our clients to develop their current and future needs according to new ways of living and working. This process allows us to propose creative and tailor-made solutions for each project. Thus, the design of the sketch will allow the client to visualize what their project could look like while taking into account the different constraints.
DEVELOP
The architectural plan development phase is a critical step in the realization of a construction project. It is at this stage that the ideas and concepts discussed during the initial design phase are transformed into detailed plans that will serve as a guide for the construction of the project.
During this phase, we develop detailed plans that take into account all the specifications of the project, including room dimensions and layout, building materials, electrical and plumbing installations, ventilation and lighting. We work closely with the client and professionals throughout this phase to ensure that the plans meet the needs and expectations already defined.
The architectural plans developed during this phase are also used to obtain the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities, such as building permits . They also serve as the basis for the technical drawings and execution plans required by contractors to carry out the construction.
MAKING A MIND
The realization phase of an architectural project is the stage where the project comes to life. We must ensure the supervision of the work and the monitoring of the site to ensure that the construction complies with the approved plans and technical specifications.
The architect also oversees the coordination of the various trades involved in the project, such as contractors, engineers, craftsmen, etc. He must ensure that the necessary information and instructions are communicated to successfully complete the project, and that everything is done on time according to the established schedule.
During this phase, the architect is led to resolve problems and unforeseen events that may arise on the construction site. He must also carry out regular inspections to ensure that quality standards are met and that the work is carried out safely.
